BOOKING PROCEDURE and Mode of Payment
Give us a call, mail, E-mail or Fax to any one of our agents or directly to the Head Office. We will be in touch with in 24 hours of receipt of intimation.
How to reserve a particular tour package?
For reservations, kindly forward us an email to info@peacockholidays.com / sales@peacockholidays.com clearly mentioning the exact travel date (date of your arrival in Kerala) & the code of the package.

If you require a customized package, other than what is published in the website, you can use the link for Tailor made Packages

Published Package prices are based on a minimum of two persons traveling together, sharing twin bedded accommodation and conveyance.

Apart from the above, during peak seasons (X-mas & New Year) Packages will cost 25% extra to the quoted tariffs and full payment is required to be sent in advance.

Booking made within 15 days of departure will require full payment in advance for the service.

How to buy:
For reservations, kindly forward us the exact travel dates. 50% of the total package cost has to be deposited as advance payment, on confirmation of the package, the balance amount should be paid 15 days prior to your departure or while in Kerala.

On our receipt of your completed booking form and the applicable payment, Peacock Holidays will issue a final package and confirmation vouchers, and it is at this stage that a binding contract comes into existence between you and Peacock holidays. Your confirmation voucher will indicate your requested package cost and you will be advised of accommodation.

Mode of Payment
Payment can be made by Fund Transfer/ Cheque / Demand Draft / Credit or Debit Card online. Over seas payment can be made through Wire/Telegraphic/Swift Transfer to our HDFC Bank Current Account.

Please be informed that for all online transactions exceeding Rs. 20,000 ( USD 500 / GBP 270 / EUR 400), the guest will have to submit ANY OF THE following documents once the payment is made:

  • a. The customer's credit card statement, which clearly shows the card number and the billing address of the card. The statement should be a recent one and should be of the same credit card used for the transaction. We ONLY REQUIRE a scan / fax of the HEADER SECTION OF YOUR credit card statement, which contains this information

  • b. A photo ID of the credit card holder whose credit card has been used for this transaction. This may be ANY one of the following:

    1. Driver's License or
    2. Social Security Card or
    3. Passport or National Identity Card or
    4. PAN Card / Voters Card

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

  • Your Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

If you or any member of group wishes to cancel the travel/ holiday due to any reason/s, the person made the booking must inform us in writing. The date of cancellation will be the date on which your cancellation letter received in our head office. Cancellation charges will apply on the following scale.

45 days prior to arrival 10% of tour/service charge.
30 to 44 days prior to arrival 20% of tour/service charge
15 to 29 days prior to arrival 30% of tour/service charge
7 to 14 days prior to arrival 40% of tour/service charge
2 to 6 days prior to arrival 50% of tour/service charge

Less than 48 hrs NO SHOW: NO REFUND The above deductions are to safeguard our administration charges and other advances paid out.

Itinerary And Tour Alterations

Management holds the right to cancel the tour/ travel service due to circumstance beyond our control. In the unlikely event of such cancellations you will have the option of choosing an alternative comparable holiday or a full refund of the money received.

From time to time or due to circumstances beyond our control the company reserve its right to alter any of the arrangement in connection with tour at any time before or after the departure date. Where such alteration may be material we will be informing you the same as early as possible. We are not liable for any refund in such case, where the same have been made for your good only.

Our Liabilities And Limitations

Peacock Holidays act only in the capacity of an agent for the hotels, transporters, contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are subject to the terms & conditions under which these service are provided by them.

All itineraries are sample itineraries and intended to give a general idea of the likely trip/ tour. Factors such as road condition, weather, physical ability of the travelers etc may change the itineraries and the same may be for the safety, comfort and well being of the guest.

The package price doesn’t include the charge of passport, visas, airfare of any kind, airport taxes and fees, items of personnel nature, baggage charges, personal and baggage insurances etc.

We shall not be liable for any alterations in the itinerary due to your late coming, flight cancellation, sickness, etc.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or other wise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services resulting - directly or indirectly- from any act of god, fire, theft, accident, breakdown of transport, strikes, government regulations, or any other causes beyond our control .

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, injury, illness, death, loss or damage to property/person. Visitors are advised to take such insurance arrangements in their home country at all times at the client’s risk.
